OUR SERVICES

Title Examinations

We perform title examinations in almost all Vermont towns on your schedule.  Services include thorough research of the subject parcel(s) for the purposes of real estate closings and litigation research.  Search parameters can be tailored to meet your needs from a single owner search to a 40 year title insurance compliant search to research about boundary lines implicating multiple parcels.  For more complex searches, please call to discuss your needs.

Billing is designed to be hassle free to our customers.  Our standard rate is $65.00 per hour plus mileage and costs such as copy or zoning request fees.  We have a standard turnaround time of 14 business days.  If you need results more quickly, we are happy to accommodate at a rush rate of $100.00 per hour plus mileage and costs.
